You can apply for membership by form or mail to we.care@qelo.eu and we will validate your personal or company data and provide your confidential login credentials which will enable you to use the app in its full functionality. Contat us!
The Qelo App will let you locate available chargers, check your tariff plan, monthly costs and usage history. It will also enable you to start, stop and monitor most charging processes, but we do advise to always carry with you Qelo RFID card as well. Due to the complexity and possible delays in data exchange protocols, it might provide more reliability and faster responses when commencing or terminating charging processes.
